Home Additions

Why add on?

With current rates, it simply doesn't make sense to many homeowners to pack up and move to another home that may or may not even be an upgrade. It makes more sense to customize and add on to your current home to make it exactly what you dream of.

Accessory Dwelling Unit

What to add on?

Colorado passed a beneficial House Bill 24-1152, which took effect June 30, 2025.

  • ADUs must be allowed in many areas of the state

  • Specifically, in “subject jurisdictions” (most cities and larger metro-area counties)

  • If a property is zoned for a single-family home, it must allow at least 1 ADU

Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are fully functional secondary living spaces built on your property—perfect for guest suites, rental income, or multi-generational living. They include everything needed for independent living, such as a kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area, all designed to add value and flexibility to your home.
